Partner with us and get your next listing today!

Help market a Kirkpatrick Team listing through open houses, professional property access, and qualified buyer introductions.

Selected co-listing brokerages can earn a performance-based share of listing-side compensation, up to 50%, subject to closing and the written agreement.

You focus on a few simple marketing activities. We'll do the rest.

Apply for consideration

Is this partnership a fit?

Apply with the approval of your brokerage for consideration as a selected co-listing partner.

  • Active agent and brokerage licenses.
  • Applicable E&O coverage and required association affiliation.
  • A supported CMA or BPO and marketing recommendations.
  • Availability for the agreed open houses and property access.

Selection includes the property's broker's open, responsible-broker approval, required disclosures, and signed brokerage agreements.

Applying is not acceptance. Your submission does not create a co-listing relationship or a right to compensation. Review the responsibilities and milestones below before submitting.

Your application information

Kevin Kirkpatrick and authorized Kirkpatrick Team members review your submission to evaluate your qualifications, consider you for a co-listing opportunity, and contact you about your application. Application information is stored and processed through HubSpot and other service providers supporting that process. Submitting this application does not enroll you in the Premier Partner Referral Program or subscribe you to unrelated marketing communications.

Your role

  • Conduct mutually scheduled public open houses while the property remains available, with seller authorization.
  • Present the property professionally and promptly report activity, inquiries, offers, and material information.
  • Remain reasonably available for authorized inspection, appraisal, and other access requests during the listing and resulting escrow.
  • Use our centralized reporting process and respect buyer choice and existing representation.

Our role

The Kirkpatrick Team coordinates selection, scheduling, reporting, seller consultation about service providers, escrow transaction coordination, document management, and administration.

We manage qualification, representation, showings, negotiations, and transactions for buyers who choose our team.

Both brokerages retain their legal, agency, fiduciary, disclosure, and supervisory duties, including documentation required by their own licensed activities.

Compensation milestones

Total listing-side shares, not cumulative:

  • 10%: Selection and signed ABA/addendum.
  • 25%: Four completed scheduled open houses OR one accepted qualified buyer.
  • 30%: Second accepted qualified buyer.
  • 40%: Third accepted qualified buyer.
  • 50%: Fourth accepted qualified buyer.

Based on gross listing-side compensation earned and payable, subject to closing, available funds, written terms, and applicable adjustments. Brokerage internal splits apply separately. If closing occurs early, only milestones completed or otherwise earned before closing count.

Make a qualified buyer count

Give us the buyer and we will do all the rest. An unrepresented prospect must voluntarily sign a buyer-representation agreement with Elevate Real Estate Agency, throughgh the Kirkpatrick Team, provide acceptable financing preapproval or proof of funds, and be accepted in writing as ready to tour suitable homes. A name, attendee registration, or already-represented buyer does not qualify.

Any buyer-referral payment is separate and requires its own signed broker-to-broker referral agreement. This application does not establish a referral rate or payment entitlement. Seller interests and buyer choice remain priorities.
